I wondered about the experience of this compared with Adsense

I have heard some claims that income is much higher, but I suppose it may depend on the topic & content of one's site

I've not used this service, but I've looked at it before.

I think that the sales copy is seriously misleading.

1. How many CB products do you know that pay $150 commission?

2. Assume an average commission of $30, a click-through rate of 3% (I achieve that on my Adsense ads), a conversion rate of 2% on the sales page.. that gives earnings of $18 per 1000 page impressions. On CBProAds home page they talk about Members earning $2,000 per month, and on the FAQ page, they say:

"You should earn $5,000 to $10,000 realistically (my emphasis) every month."

On my assumptions, the lowest figure quoted here would require over 100,000 page impressions each month. How many "newbies" can achieve that? Because they are pitching at newbies.

3. Although the service is initially free, they don't say what the limitations are compared with the paid-for version.

3. They have a demo of the CB mall - but they don't show what ads look like on a web page.

I'm staying clear of this. I'll stick to my Adsense ads!

I must say that I was somewhat skeptical when it was presented to me as an "better" alternative to Google Adsense.

As some people seem to get 'ticked off' with the big G. from time to time - especially if they have been 'dumped' by Google, I suspect that this may have been one of them.

I agree with you - stick with Google .

Hi Nadine,

Thanks for the link will check it out as an alternative to Adsense. The only thing I don't like about adsense is that it takes your visitor away from your site rather than opening in a new window.
